Не подключается bootstrap 3. что не так?

Урок 1 не подключается bootstrap.что не так? при

нажатии F5 в поле Name не появляются подключенные файлы.

1. Откройте страницу index.html в браузере Google Chrome

2. Откройте исходный код страницы (ctr + u или правой кнопкой мыши Показать исходный код)

3. Нажмите на файл в исходном коде в браузере "assets/css/bootstrap.min.css" и на "assets/js/bootstrap.min.js". Если файлы не найдены, убедитесь, что файлы созданы в папке assets/css/ и assets/js соответственно.

4. Если ничего не получается, можно подключить Bootstrap 3 через CDN. Просто удалите весь ваш код из страницы index.html и вставьте этот код:
